Eligibility Criteria
- Status: High school graduate or current senior (Class of 2026)
- Academics: Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Citizenship: U.S. resident and/or Citizen (Proof required)
- HBCU and NON-HBCU Requirement: Must be accepted to attend an accredited College/or University on the east Coast.
- Trade School: Must be attending an Accredited Trade school for fall 2026 on the East Coast
Eligible States: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Application Checklist
- Completed application form
- Essay (500-750 words, typed, double-spaced)
- Official transcript and/or final report card
- Two letters of recommendation (teacher, counselor, or mentor)
- Proof of admission
2026 Essay Prompts
Requirements: Typed, Times New Roman, 12-point font, 500 - 700 words, Double-spaced. Must include at least one scripture passage (book, chapter, verse) with explanation.
Academic Achievement
How has your faith shaped your commitment to academic excellence? Choose a scripture that inspires you, explain why it's meaningful, and describe a time your beliefs motivated you to persevere.
Financial Need
Tell us about a challenge your family has faced financially and how your faith has sustained you. Include a scripture that has encouraged you during difficult times.
Trade School
Many vocations are callings. Explain why you're drawn to a trade career and share a scripture that reflects how you view your work as meaningful service.
