Rev. Dr. Jairite Anderson-Cole, MA, RN, is a bold and compassionate leader at the intersection of faith, healing, and purpose. With over two decades in business and ministry, she brings a powerful blend of spiritual insight, professional excellence, and personal testimony to every stage, pulpit, and platform she graces.
A graduate of Utica College (B.S. in Criminal Justice) and Borough of Manhattan Community College (A.A.S. in Nursing), Dr. Anderson-Cole earned her M.A. in Nurse Executive Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, graduating suma cum laude. She also holds a Master of Divinity from New York Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Ministry from Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, NY.
Her deep academic foundation and lived experiences have fortified her mission: to inspire and ignite a movement of faith-filled transformation. Called upon to speak in churches, conferences, and empowerment forums, she reaches those not only ready to grow, lead, and live with intention—but also those seeking strength and clarity in the face of adversity.
